The Sangamon County Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) Council is dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey by fostering strong community connections. Our goal is to link people with the resources they need to address substance use challenges and build a foundation for lasting recovery.
Heartland HOUSED
Heartland HOUSED is dedicated to transforming the landscape of homelessness in Springfield and Sangamon County, IL. As the backbone organization of the Heartland Continuum of Care, they develop strategic initiatives, support collaborative implementation efforts, and foster partnerships aimed at functionally ending homelessness.

Birth to Five Illinois is on a mission to shift the Early Childhood landscape across Illinois by centering the experiences of families. Where there are families, there are stories: stories of bureaucracy and systemic shortcomings, and stories of families and children thriving in the face of compassionate providers and exemplary services. They are here for it all!
